2010 Golf Tournament

Sunday, June 13th, 2010 | Baxter Creek Golf Course in Fraserville

Format

11:00 am	Registration and warm-up
12:30 pm	Shotgun start (Scramble format)
6:00 pm	Reception and silent auction opens
7:00 pm	Dinner
8:00 pm	Prizes, draws and silent auction closes

Cost: $130 per player (cheques made payable to Maple Leaf Soccer Club, please note: Cavan FC Golf on the cheque)

Included in the tournament fee is a golf cart, dinner, on-course snacks and unlimited use of the practice facilities including the driving range beginning at 11:00 am.

Prizes

	Complimentary “grab bag” for every golfer
	Lowest team score prize
	Longest drive prize
	50/50 format on the four par three holes (reach the green on your fi rst shot to be entered in the draw)
	Closest to the pin prizes on the four par three holes (ladies and men)
	Three ball challenge on the 19th island hole (every golfer will have three chances to have their best shot(s) recorded). Closest to the pin wins cash prizes
	Putting contest, hole-in-one prizes and FC shoot out and more
	Silent auction table

Proceeds go to the Maple Leaf Cavan FC rep soccer program for the 2010 playing season.
